Resilworx provides supply chain management services including procurement, logistics coordination, quality inspection, and trademark registration assistance. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are outlined in a written proposal or service agreement provided to the client prior to commencement.
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Resilworx reserves the right to pause or suspend services in the event of non-payment. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Resilworx acts as an intermediary and service coordinator. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, carriers, or government agencies. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.
All reports, documentation, and work product created by Resilworx remain the property of the client upon full payment. Resilworx retains the right to reference services provided for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep all commercial information shared in connection with the engagement confidential for a period of three (3) years.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre for resolution.
